We strive to ensure that your Pizza Oven, DIY Kit, or other items arrive in perfect condition. Here are our terms regarding shipping and risk:
Shipping & Delivery
Depot Pallet Freight: NZ- wide flat rate $179 depot delivery on all Pizza Ovens - DIY Kits, and Pre-made units. When ordering, you can choose your preferred local depot from the list below. If no depot is selected, we’ll ship your order to the nearest available location from our network of depots to ensure quick and convenient delivery. The most convenient way for most customers to collect the parcel from a depot is with a trailer or ute — we’ll load it for you.

Home Delivery: You can choose home delivery for an additional charge.
Home delivery from $199, and a location surcharge of up to $100 may apply before dispatch.
Please note that due to the size and weight of the pallet, the shipping company may refuse home delivery or add an extra fee if access is difficult — for example, if there’s a steep, narrow, or unpaved driveway, a hill, rural location, or limited truck access.
In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for any additional charges.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and usually take:
- South Island: 2-4 business days
- North Island: 3-6 business days
International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within New Zealand. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team for a custom quote.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage. To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Retain all packaging materials for inspection if requested.
We will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Responsibility: We carefully package all items to ensure they are protected during transit. From the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss, damage, or delay of the shipment is passed to the customer. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues that may arise during shipping.
The customer has the right to organize their own transport or delivery at their own expense, ensuring full control over the shipment and arranging terms of responsibility with the carrier.
The customer has the right to purchase shipping insurance to cover any potential damage or loss during transit. We do not arrange insurance on behalf of customers — it must be organised directly with your chosen insurer.
