Shipping & Delivery

Kiwi Pizza Oven kitsets can be collected from our New Brighton warehouse, delivered within Christchurch, or freighted elsewhere in New Zealand.

Christchurch pickup

Collection from our warehouse at Unit 3–4, 10D Bower Avenue, New Brighton, Christchurch 8083 is free.

Please contact Kelvin Aldwin on 021 288 9934 before visiting or collecting so your kitset can be ready for pickup.

Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.

Christchurch delivery

Standard urban home delivery within Christchurch can be arranged for $150.

NZ-wide depot freight

We freight kitsets to StraitNZ depots and agents throughout New Zealand.

Current depot freight prices are shown on our Delivery page. Select the nearest depot or agent on the map to see the current freight price.

Home delivery

Standard urban home delivery outside Christchurch can be arranged for $150 additional to the depot freight price.

This applies to standard urban addresses with suitable truck access. Rural or remote properties, steep or restricted access, unsealed roads, or deliveries requiring special unloading equipment may require an individual freight quote.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier schedules. We will provide dispatch information when your kitset is sent.

International shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. Please retain the packaging materials until the issue has been assessed.

When Kiwi Pizza Oven arranges delivery, we will work with the carrier to resolve damage, delay or non-delivery issues.
