Customized Products: Customized Pizza Ovens or Parts - due to the custom nature of these products, returns for a change of mind are accepted with a 10-25% fee for restoration to the standard appearance or a discount to find another buyer.

Refund

Restocking fee: Due to the size and weight of our products, special handling may be required. A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to cover costs associated with returning the item to stock, including but not limited to: handling, local transportation, inspection, repackaging, storage, and administration.
